• Authorized repair facility.
Depending on the product, defect, warranty terms, availability, and applicable law, the
resolution may include:
• Repair;
• Replacement;

• Refund where appropriate.
A warranty claim does not necessarily mean that the customer will immediately receive a new
product.
The product may first require:
• Inspection;
• Diagnosis;
• Repair;
• Manufacturer assessment;
• Service-center verification.
Warranty may not apply where evidence indicates:
• Unauthorized repair;

• Liquid damage;
• Burn damage;
• Improper installation;
• Misuse;
• Intentional damage.
The initial return/replacement period and warranty period are separate.
A product may qualify for warranty service after the initial return/replacement period has
expired if the product remains within its applicable warranty period and the issue is covered.
Where a product is covered by manufacturer or authorized-distributor warranty,
GizmoCraddle may coordinate with or direct the customer to the applicable authorized
service center.
Manufacturer warranty terms may apply directly to the product.
Warranty service time varies depending on:
• Product;
• Manufacturer;
• Service center;
• Spare-part availability;
• Nature of the defect;
• Inspection requirements.
GizmoCraddle will provide available information regarding the expected service process
where possible.
A GizmoCraddle invoice/order record may be required to establish purchase and warranty
eligibility.
Customers should retain their invoice and warranty documentation.
